Had to send one thing back to aliava.com. Size was off. The return was simple though. Refund took a few days. But it did come through. Support was a little slow to reply. Not a big deal in the end. 4 stars from me.

I ordered from aliava.com and overall the shipping was decent. I got the tracking email after about a day, maybe a little more, and it was easy to check where the package was. I kept wondering if I was being too impatient, but everything seemed to be moving along fine.
The package showed up in good condition and nothing was damaged, so that part was great. It did arrive about 2 days later than the first estimate, which was a little annoying, though maybe I was putting too much weight on that original date. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something urgently.

Checkout was super easy and I didnt run into any problems at all.

I ordered from aliava.com i was surprised by how nice everything was. The quality feels solid, not cheap at all, and it actually looked like the pictures, which is always a relief?? I’ve been using it for a little while now and haven’t had any problems. Overall, I’m really happy with the order.

I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. They took a long time to get back to me, and when they finally did, my issue still wasn’t really resolved. It felt like something that could’ve been prevented with better communication and a quicker follow-up.

Ordered from aliava.com mainly because the prices were better than a few other sites I checked. Wasn’t really expecting much, but ended up being a good experience.

For what I paid, felt like the value was solid. Nothing seemed overpriced, and didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off or anything.

Would probably use them again if the prices stay this reasonable. Simple shopping process, decent deal, and overall worth the money.
